User Surveys

One purpose of this site is to obtain your feedback and input about a variety of issues relating to readerboards and the Call Center industry. We perform surveys to gather this information. There are two different types of surveys.
  1. One is a simple user survey, where your name is connected to the information you provide. These surveys generally ask questions that are not personal in nature.
  2. Another survey type requests more personal information, such as color and entertainment preferences, but is anonymous.
The information collected in anonymous surveys is sent and stored without any connection to your name or identity. You will be informed at the top of a survey if it is anonymouse and whether fields that personally identify you are included whith your answers. This will allow you to better decide how you want to answer questions (if at all) on surveys.

Again. Anonymouse surveys do not send or store information about your personal identity (name, address, email address) with your answers. Surveys will always inform you if they are anonymouse.
